We provides facility management, equipment rental, and operational manpower services in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, including through our smart facility management platform and mobile application, Glorek One. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our website (glorek.com) and the Glorek mobile application (together, the “Services”).

Account and Contact Information: name, phone number, email address, company name, job title, and login credentials when you register or request a service.

Service Request Information: details you provide about facility management requests, equipment rental bookings, assets, maintenance tickets, and related communications with our team or field technicians.

Device and Usage Information: device model, operating system, unique device identifiers, app version, log files, crash reports, and how you interact with our website and app.

Location Information: with your permission, we may collect precise or approximate location data from your device to support service dispatch, technician assignment, and field tracking. You may enable or disable location access at any time through your device settings; some features may not function properly without it.

Communications: messages and information you share with us through WhatsApp, phone, email, or in-app support/chat.

3. Payment Information

The Glorek app does not process, collect, or store any payment card, bank account, or billing information. Any commercial arrangements are handled separately, outside the app.

We use the information we collect to provide, operate, and maintain the Services; process, route, and dispatch facility management, maintenance, and equipment rental requests; assign and coordinate field teams and technicians; communicate with you about your account, requests, and updates; monitor and improve the performance, security, and quality of our Services; and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, including Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

5. How We Share Information

We may share information with field teams and technicians so they can fulfil your service requests; trusted service providers who support our hosting, analytics, communications, and customer support operations; our corporate affiliates for internal business and reporting purposes; and government or regulatory authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, maintain business records, and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
